Work continued on the house! It was under roof and they were working on the inside but it now seemed like it was taking forever and we were getting anxious to get moved in!
We decided to do the first coat of paint on the house ourselves and friends and family pitched in to help us get the task done!
In March we were finally able to move in!!
Joshua was now a Freshman! He played Freshman Basketball under Coach Schickel. We loved Coach Schickel and the group of boys in Josh's class that played Basketball were top notch with top notch parents! We quickly became friends with all of them and loved sitting together at games and watching our boys play ball! The boys had such a great season and none of us wanted it to end! We decided to host a get together at our house to reward the boys for their hard work! We weren't surprised that even though it was early in the year and very cold that those silly boys were out on the driveway playing basketball!!
In the Spring our brick mailbox was built, we finally got grass growing and even planted a couple of trees!!
Sam and Daisey enjoyed the view from the front porch!
Football season rolled around and Josh dressed for his first Varsity Game!
We finished the bonus room
And then it was time to decorate for Christmas!
Christmas Celebrations -
It was a snowy winter!
Christmas came and went and we hosted a New Year's Eve Party!
